1. Refund Eligibility.1.1 The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as you received it. 1.2 The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. 1.3 Items that are non-returnable include customised/ bespoke products. You can easily process refunds and returns either through your My Account section or by visiting our dedicated Refunds & Returns page.

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in unused and salable condition. we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the product is in unused and salable condition, we will process your refund within 14 days of receipt. 2.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. 2.3. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
